Center for Single Molecule Biophysics
Technology
Our research is supported by a variety of technologies, including a portable hazardous handling station, atomic force and optical microscopy instrumentation and chemical synthesis hoods, to name a few.
In addition, the main lab features sample preparation benches, gatan ion-beam coater, oxygen plasman, UV ozone cleaner, optical microscopes, shimadzu UV-Vis spectrophotometer and UVP bioimaging systems.
Atomic force microscopy instrumentation
For molecular imaging, several atomic force microscopes have been custom-built for our team.
