Geronimo Campanile is a research administrator in the Center for Applied Structural Discovery (CASD) at the ASU Biodesign Institute. His responsibilities in CASD include managing the agenda, communications, and strategic direction of the director's office; liaising with senior executives, faculty, employees and outside stakeholders; aligning the organization on strategic initiatives; and, promoting center objectives and the director?s goals.
He was in the military for eight years, splitting this time between the Air Force and Army. As a network engineer he built secure networks for NASA, Lockheed, Raytheon, Honeywell and Boeing. During his time in special operations he worked on the general?s command staff developing special operations Soldiers and executing the commander?s initiatives.
In his civilian career he worked in mortgage and built out new sales regions in companies like Wells Fargo. He's owned several small businesses including a financial services firm and contracting company.
Geronimo's interests include strategic management, entrepreneurship, technology transfer, and small business development. He received his bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley. He's also a graduate student at the University of Notre Dame.
