Devin is a human health and nutrition expert with a passion for nutritional epidemiology; associating dietary trends to chronic disease in a population. Geared with years of experience in individualized nutritional counseling, Devin is now taking on a new pursuit of enhancing public health intervention and education strategies through hands-on, real-world applications. Currently, her research involves utilizing Wastewater-based Epidemiology (WBE) to detect dietary human biomarkers in order to assess the nutritional status of a population. Other passions include food systems and sustainability, food policy, and nutrition education.
