Learn about the Zika virus that is causing many women to consider delaying childbirth. Primary transmission is from mosquitoes, but the virus can also be transferred through sex or blood. This typically mild virus has been linked to birth defects and moved to South America. Where will it go next and when? Hear about a new low-cost way to diagnose the Zika virus and ways to prevent transmission.

This is a Spirit of the Senses salon. Members and Biodesign employees (and their guests) are welcome to attend.
