Jonathan Keats, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Director of Bioinformatics, Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen)

The Keats Lab at TGen coordinates the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation MMRF CoMMpass Study, which is an observational clinical trial with 1143 multiple myeloma patients with whole genome, whole exome, and RNA sequencing performed on purified tumor samples at diagnosis and each subsequent relapse. The primary goal of the study is to identify distinct subtypes of the disease and to determine which therapeutic regimens work best for each subtype.

This is part of the Biodesign Center for Immunotherapy, Vaccines and Virotherapy Seminar Series.
